The van only picks up on the hour. Waited for 1 hour and a half. Late for my report time at the airport and received an occurrence. I am a crew member.

I was very upset. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the hotel shuttle at the airport to pick me up and then the shuttle was not there to take me to the airport the next morning at 6 after it was scheduled. Its very important that I get a shuttle for the time scheduled as I am a crew member and had a flight that morning. I was late and received an occurrence for being late due to the hotel service.
